From Maruyama Park, we made our way to the shrine. You know you are near one when you see these gates. I think that the snow makes this site feel very special.
After we said a prayer, we went to the place where amulets were sold. I really wanted to get one but it was so crowded with Chinese tourists and you can’t even just quickly get one so I just gave up on it. I could still get one in Tokyo.
Outside the shrine, there were a lot of food stalls just in case you got hungry. There were also vehicles. I guess this one was the main entrance to the temple because it directly lines up along the street. We exited this way.
